Herrero Alisa

Since 2007, I work as policy officer at the European Center for Policy Management (ECDPM).  My main area of interest is EU support to governance in third countries, and in particular support to decentralisation and local governance, domestic accountability, and civil society.

I am now part of the team supporting DEVCO D2 to elaborate a new guidance document on "Support to decentralisation processes using the project approach" and to organise a seminar on EC support to decentralisation (foreseen in July 2012).
