Budget Support Guidelines (en)

The 2017 budget support guidelines reflect the new context framed by the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda, the Addis Ababa Action Agenda and the 2017 EU Consensus on Development. They incorporate lessons learned (e.g. in situations of fragility) and strengthened guidance (e.g. on domestic revenue mobilisation), while streamlining reporting requirements. They replace the 2012 guidelines in line with the 2011 Communication on budget support and related 2012 Council Conclusions.
