GSP+ An incentive toward improvement of human rights and good governance in Sri Lanka
DRI, together with the Federations of Chambers of Commerce Sri Lanka (FCCSL) organised a workshop in Matara, Sri Lanka on 5 August 2017.
The workshop aimed to explain how the business community could play a role in the improvement of Good Governance and Human Rights in the country and support and encourage the government to fulfil its human rights obligations as per the requirements under the GSP+.
Discussions during these interactive sessions ranged from adressing international labour practices & standards to developing the country's export market.
