- This programme aims to encourage communication and understanding between young people in Ireland and in the UK. British young people can travel to Ireland, and vice versa. Visits are arranged for groups of young people, aged 13-25.

- This programme gives young people a chance to learn about another culture. Groups of young people can visit and host a group from another Commonwealth country. 16-25 year olds take part in a 2-year programme through their school, youth club or community organisation, during which time the exchange visits are organised.

- This organisation helps young people to take part in projects all over the world, ranging from short summer camps to a year abroad. Get involved in activities such as human rights campaigning, helping street children, and conserving endangered species in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe. Anyone aged 18-30 can apply.

- This organisation aims to build connections and develop understanding between young people of different nationalities and backgrounds. - Long- and short-term exchanges for people aged 15-19. A young person can spend up to a year in another country, attending school or college there. In the summer, there are shorter exchanges of 3-4 weeks, in which you visit another country and then host the person you swapped with. Countries all over the world take part, including nations in Asia, Africa and Latin America.

- Find out how members can take part in an international exchange with other young farmers from around the world. There are events, competitions, working exchanges and educational exchanges. There are links to Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish farmers' clubs.
