There are different possibilities to get a price reduction for whatever you want to do or see. Generally all public institutions like museums, theatres, galleries, exhibitions, swimming pools, public transport, zoos, parks, etc, offer reductions for people with a small wallet such as students, elderly, handicapped or unemployed people. You will need to prove this! So always bring along your national or local student ID card. However, since there is no Euro<26 in Germany, it may not be accepted in many cases!
