The European Youth Event (EYE) will be taking place from 1st to 2nd June 2018 at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, France. The European Parliament is looking for a team of young reporters to cover EYE2018 and highlight the most relevant and hotly debated ideas.
The EYE Report, prepared by the young reporters, will serve as a source of inspiration for Members of the European Parliament and to provide them with a clear view of young people's concerns, dreams and future perspectives.
A team of young reporters will consist of 2 Chief Editors, who are English native speakers, 5 Specialists and 3 Generalists and will be coordinated by the European Youth Press. Eligible candidates should be between 18 and 30 years old and EU nationals.
How to apply?
To apply you have to send a video of up to 100 seconds that would show your personality and explain your personal motivation to work on this project. The video, which has to be in English, should be uploaded on Vimeo or YouTube and the link inserted in the application form.
The selected candidates need to be available before the event to participate in preparatory meetings with the EYE organisational team and the EYE Report editorial team.
One preparatory meeting will be held in Brussels between 9th and 13th April 2018.
