The European Youth Event 2018: registrations are open!

On 1-2 June 2018 the biggest youth event in Europe will gather 8,000 young people to discuss the future of Europe and to shape the European Parliament's agenda. Sign up for the adventure in Strasbourg now!

The registration will start on 10 October 2017 at 10:00am (CET) and will be possible until 31 December 2017 - or until the maximum number of participants (8,000) have been registered, so hurry up to save your place!

All young Europeans aged between 16 and 30 (as of June 2018) can take part. However, individuals cannot register : you need to form a group of at least 10 people and appoint a group leader (at least 18 years old).

First, the group leader will register online, providing basic information about the group, as well as his/her own personal details. Once the application is  assessed and the group registration is accepted, all group members will be invited to enter their personal details.

The two-day European Youth Event programme includes:

  • A wide range of activities with political decision makers and inspiring personalities on the European stage;
  • Concerts and artistic performances, so you can experience the rich cultural variety that Europe has to offer and have lots of fun;
  • The YO!Fest, organised by the European Youth Forum, taking place outside the Parliament's buildings.

For those who cannot make it to Strasbourg, there will be a possibility to take part in the event online via web streaming, online competitions and social media discussions!

You can find more information on the official EYE website and the EYE social media channels following the hashtag #EYE2018!

By the way, the registered groups will also get the chance to contribute to the programme. How? Find out more here.
