Internship at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe

With security being an important part of our lives, the OSCE covers its three dimensions: the politico-military; the economic and environmental; and the human. Find out how to be a part of it!

With over 56 member countries in Europe North America and Central Asia, the OSCE deals with arms control, human rights, minority rights, fundamental freedoms, democratisation, policing strategies and terrorism. You can be part of it – through a 2-6 month unpaid internship!

 

Can you apply?

To be eligible you must:

  • be under 30 and in your final year of studies, or have recently graduated (maximum of one year).
  • be a national of one of the OSCE participating countries
  • have a good working knowledge of English
  • be computer literate

Internships are created to fit in with the needs and facilities of OSCE departments. It's worth checking the OSCE recruitment site to keep track of vacancies and apply directly to the institution or field operation where you wish to do your internship.
