The 'comic' side of the European Parliament

Troubled Waters

"Troubled Waters" (created by Dominique David, Rudi Miel and Cristina Cuadra García) is a comic strip issued to bring the European Parliament to life. It explains the role and the workings of the European Parliament and provides an interesting insight into the lives of Euro-parliamentarians.

This fictional story also deals with the specific powers of the European Parliament, as well as its role as co-legislator.
