Since the launch of the portal couple of years ago, the European Commission has been working constantly to take on board your suggestions for improving the portal. We are very proud to be able to present this improved version of the portal online today.
Important changes have been made to look of the portal and to the navigation throughout the portal. Now there is one entry point to access national and European information, from the left hand side, by selecting a country or a theme. Another good overview of the information contained in the portal for each country, is given by the new national page for that country. The main themes, on which the portal is offering information, have not been changed.
The aim of this portal is to give as many young people as possible quick and easy access to relevant youth related information on Europe. The ultimate objective of the portal is to enhance young people's participation in public life and to contribute to their active citizenship. We hope the new look will help in achieving these aims.
