The Citizens' Dialogue in Tallinn will be focused on the future of the European economic and monetary union and will be led by the European Commission Vice-President Siim Kallas (responsible for Transport) and the Vice-President Olli Rehn, (responsible for Economic and Monetary Affairs and the Euro).
