Short-term traineeships at the European Economic and Social Committee

The European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) offers short-term unpaid traineeships to university graduates or university students who are required to complete their degree by undertaking a period of in-service training.

Unpaid short-term traineeships are offered throughout the year for a period from one to three months.

In order to apply, you should:

  • be a recent university graduate who has completed at least three years of study or a student who must undergo a traineeship for the completion of university studies;
  • have a thorough knowledge of one EU language and a satisfactory knowledge of another EU language; candidates from non-member countries are required to have only a thorough knowledge of an EU language.

Applications for short-term traineeships are submitted by post.
