Structured Dialogue cycle I – 'Youth Employment'

The first cycle of the Structured Dialogue focused on the over-arching theme of 'Youth employment', with each phase building on the outcomes of the previous Presidency.
The timetable for the three phases of the first cycle of Structured Dialogue was:
Hungary Presidency – 1 January 2011 to 30 June 2011
- Conclusions EU Youth Conference, Gödöllő and Budapest – 2 to 4 March 2011
- Outcomes national consultations
Belgium Presidency – 1 July 2010 to 31 December 2010
- Conclusions EU Youth Conference, Leuven – 2 to 4 September 2010
- Outcomes national consultations
Spain Presidency – 1 January 2010 to 30 June 2010
- Conclusions EU Youth Conference, Jerez - 13 to 15 April 2010
- Outcomes national consultations

Outcomes
At the end of this 18-month cycle of the Structured Dialogue, the Council of the European Union adopted a Council Resolution highlighting the major recommendations from the process.
