Nowadays, there are social groups formed as associations of theatre, associations of immigrant persons, juvenile artistic associations … that use the theatre as cultural resource of social inclusion.

The immigration is a process of ecological very important transformation and to confront it successfully, there must be present a series of social and natural resources in which to trust to obtain help, to solve problems and to establish the conviviality between different cultures. The social and cultural resources attend to the individual and social needs of the immigrant persons, at the time that they promote and promote his aptitude to adapt to the environment, to take part actively in him and to live satisfactorily, according say Zimmerman, (1995).
These resources are formed, in addition, as a frame of reference in the evaluation of the social reality and guarantee the possibility of validating opinions it brings over of the social environment, of our skills and of the emotional reactions. For an immigrant person, to be integrated to the new circle of life is an indicator of subjective essential success for the immigrant persons, so that the network of social support turns out to be a basic prop to reinterpret the new culture, to establish new links and to acquire new skills.
To have familiar bows, friends and compatriots in the city of destination it can manage to take so much explanatory value of the migratory process as that one that is attributable specifically to the personal characteristics or to the individual actions. The immigrant person will be able to develop, this way a new social deeply rooted studding in the city of reception, capable of allowing and promoting the success of the project of life in the new environment.
The cultural resources like the theatre serve as support to the integration of the immigrant persons and it has a series of aims that are:

•    To accept the cultural differences and to use them as sum of cultures.
•    To fight against lack of equality of rights of the immigrant persons in the current situation.
•    To denounce the unjust institutional situations, that persons worsen the living conditions of these.
•    To prioritize the cooperation and the conviviality between the persons


The legal and theoretical foundation from which there work some of these social groups, especially if we centre on the incorporation of the immigrant children and the immigrant girls, to realize a work of support to the integration of the immigrant persons is based on the Beginning of equality and not discrimination (article 2, of the Convention of the Laws of the child and the girl 1989) (CDN) that supposes that a foreign minor cannot be treated as a way different from a national child of the State divides in the Convention; both have to enjoy all the rights that the Convention attributes to the children in general, without labelling them for his nationality. The CDN attributes his rights to them for being children, not for being natives of a State, foreign in him or stateless. In order the mandate did not infringe of not discrimination, the police measures or of another type relative to the public order that a State applies to these minors "they will never be able to be applied to a group or on a collective base ". Likewise, a child is a child in any place of the world and, independently of his documentation or legal situation; all the rights of the CDN protect him. Therefore, only there will be applied this article of suitable form if the legislation (both state and autonomous) prioritizes the needs of the minor opposite to the interest of the State to regulate the migratory flows since it is necessary to see the minor, first, as being a human being, subject of rights; in the second term, it must be contemplated not only as a child in situation of abandonment but as an immersed minor in a migratory process, since from this more complete perspective we will be able to make a correct interpretation distinguished of what in every case demands the top interest of the child.
