A new framework for the EU youth policy for 2010 - 2018
Based on the European Commission's Communication on a new EU Youth Strategy, the EU Youth Ministers adopted the framework for EU cooperation in the youth field from 2010 until 2018.
 

The two overall objectives of the new resolution are:

  • to create more and equal opportunities for young people in education and in the labour market
  • to promote active citizenship, social inclusion and solidarity of young people.
