Interactive European Election web experience
The League of Young Voters, in partnership with Generation Europe Foundation, has launched “Make Your Choice” an interactive web experience about the upcoming European Elections.
Only 29 percent of young people between the ages of 18-24 voted in the 2009 European elections, says a report. “Make Your Choice” aims to change that by engaging those young people through an animated and interactive guide to the European political process and how to vote in the European elections.
Make Your Choice begins by asking you to enter your name, age and member state and lets you create an avatar to use throughout the self-guided tour. Using this information, the Make Your Choice experience is personalized for each user and offers relevant information, e.g. about polling locations or local MEP candidates and parties.
