The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees is responsible for the integration of immigrants. On their website you can find a lot of information on the subjects entry requirements, working and living in Germany, asylum and refugee protection and intercultural associations. Also you can find:

The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees also offers infos on migrant organizations.

Members of migrant organizations have mostly migration background themselves and know how life in Germany is working and what is important. Therefore they can help people who are new to Germany settle.
