Finnish League for Human Rights (FLHR) is a religiously and politically non-aligned general human rights organisation.
FLHR’s principal objective is to monitor and improve the human rights situation in Finland. Its work aims to make human rights known and to prevent and oppose human rights violations in Finland and aborad. The ideological base of FLHR’s activities is founded in UN human rights covenants and the Council of Europe’s Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
The Finnish United Nations Association is an independent non-governmental organisation (NGO) working mainly in Finland. Its main task is to inform about the United Nations, its principles and goals as well as its' activities around the world.
