The access to some of the sections requires registration. Registered users have also the possibility to apply for events, submit news and stories, add documents, save their own search requests and much more!

The EKC is a tool for the implementation of the White Paper on Youth and in particular the European Commission common objectives on a Better Understanding of Youth and the Council of Europe monitoring of youth policy.
