Administrative procedures
Dutch legislation sets out how CBS may acquire data and what it is allowed to do with such data. The same law also stipulates what penalties CBS may apply to entrepreneurs who continually fail to provide mandatory data.

Submitting statistics
You may receive a CBS questionnaire in which you are asked to provide statistical information for publication. This can be completed either on paper or electronically. If you want your accountant to complete it for you, you must send a proxy form to CBS.
