Privacy Statement

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data.

The controller of the processing operation is Mr Jose Puigpelat, Head of the COSME Unit at the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (EASME).

The purpose of this processing operation is to establish contact between you and the Enterprise Europe Network advisors that you have chosen in the enquiry form, to respond to your request.

The legal basis of the processing operation are Article 5(a) of Regulation (EC) N° 45/2001 whereby processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, Article 5(b) of Regulation EC 45/2001 whereby with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject and Article 5(d) of Regulation EC 45/2001 whereby the data subject has unambiguously given his or her consent.

The replies to the questions are obligatory ,if indicated as such in the form, since they are necessary to allow the Enterprise Europe Network advisor to respond correctly to your enquiry.

The processors of your data will be the Enterprise Europe Network partners who have signed a grant agreement under the COSME programme with EASME.

The recipients of your data will be the relevant staff of the Enterprise Europe Network you have selected and the EASME Your Europe Business Team. The information in question can be communicated to bodies charged of monitoring or inspection tasks in application of Union law (e.g. internal audits, European Anti-fraud Office-OLAF). Third parties, such as external service providers having signed a service contract with EASME, may also have access to your data, where necessary for the purposes outlined above.

You have the right to request that your data will be removed immediately after your request has been made.

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
