Legal requirements

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a continuous process of improvement through which companies incorporate social, environmental and economic considerations into their management in a voluntary, systematic and coherent manner (in consensus with their stakeholders).

The law requires businesses to comply with minimum social and environmental rules.

Resources

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) draws on a range of instruments (norms, standards, labels), to measure the gains from these practices and to maximise the returns to the company and to society as a whole.
