Statement of President Barroso following the tragedy at the Ozar Hatora school in Toulouse
"I was deeply shocked to learn of the crime committed this morning outside the Ozar Hatora Jewish high school in Toulouse.
I have passed on my most sincere condolences to the families of the victims.
Our thoughts also go to the injured and to all the children who have lost several of their schoolmates.
On behalf of the European Commission, I wish to firmly condemn this hateful crime and to express the horror that we all feel at this blind violence. Nothing is more intolerable than the murder of innocent children."
