I would like to extend to you my personal good wishes for the exercise of your mandate, in particular in achieving national reconciliation.
The European Commission is committed to deepening our relations across the board and to working with your Government with this objective
I am sure that the conclusion of a Joint European Union-Thailand Partnership and Cooperation Agreement would make a major contribution to strengthening our political and economic interest, and my services stand ready to further discuss this with your Government.
