State aid: good progress in talks on LBBW
A meeting took place today between European Commissioner for Competition Kroes and the owners of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW) in relation to an on-going assessment concerning state aid to the bank for restructuring (see IP/09/1058 ). Good progress was made and the Commission is hoping to be able to reach a final decision before the end of the year.
