Oktober 2012: Geschäftsklimaindikator abermals rückläufig
Der Geschäftsklimaindikator (BCI) für den Euroraum ist im Oktober 2012 um 0,28 auf 1,62 Punkte gesunken. Ausschlaggebend war eine merklich schlechtere Einschätzung der Auftragsbestände (Gesamt- und Exportaufträge) und der Produktionsentwicklung der letzten Monate. Die Produktionserwartungen und die Beurteilung der Lagerbestände verschlechterten sich ebenfalls.
The BCI is based on a factor analysis of the euro area aggregate balances (seasonally adjusted) of five of the monthly questions in the industry survey (only employment and selling-price expectations are excluded).
The next BCI results are due to be published on 29 November 2012.
