Mr Valdis Dombrovskis in Bucharest, Romania (until 27/10): delivers a closing speech at the "10 years of EU membership: from cohesion to convergence" conference, organised by the National Bank of Romania; and participates in a dinner with Mr Mugur Isărescu, Governor of the National Bank of Romania.
