The 6th European Economic Congress in Katowice - another edition of the most important business event of Central Europe will take place on 7-9 May 2014. The Congress takes place exactly 10 years after the greatest enlargement of the European Union has taken place in the history of the Community. It was then when ten states, including countries of Central Europe and the Baltic Republics, accessed the European Union.
Commissioner Johannes Hahn will deliver a keynote speech on the second day (May 8).
Commissioner László Andor will participate in the panel session on “Migration in contemporary Europe: HR and labour market in the EU” (May 8).
