The EU Commission is offering a prize to social innovations that have a real impact on helping more people move towards work or into new types of work. The European Social Innovation Competition, launched on 1 October 2012, is now in its final stage.
The Awards Ceremony, to which ten finalists of the competition will be invited, will mark the culmination of the competition. Three of the best proposals, as selected by an expert jury, will each be awarded with a prize of €20,000 by Antonio Tajani, Vice-President of the European Commission in charge of Enterprise and Industry.
