This conference is co-organised with the Polish Ministry for Labour and Social Policy. The aim will be to examine the different kind of atypical employment and various EU level and national level attempts to deal with them.
Atypical work refers to employment relationships not conforming to the standard or "typical" model of full-time, regular, open-ended employment with a single employer over a long time span.
