The European Economic and Social Committee and the European Commission are organizing an open, balanced and exploratory process of dialogue and debate for all stakeholders in civil society about the nuclear safety and nuclear’s long-term contribution to the EU’s energy mix.

 

The contribution of nuclear fission energy research activities towards the Horizon 2020 framework programme, in the context of EU energy 2050 roadmap and the EU’s energy mix will be the main topics of the debate.
