European tourism indicator system for sustainable management

The study, addressed to local and regional authorities and stakeholders, proposes a simple and easy to implement system to inspire tourist destinations to incorporate sustainability as a central and integral part of their performance management.

It will propose a System addressed to local and regional authorities and stakeholders, simple, easy to implement, on voluntary base and friendly user approach, to inspire destination to incorporate sustainability as central and integral part of their performance management, monitoring, benchmarking and decision-making processes.

This conference will present the results of the Study with the aim to provide a toolkit with a set of indicators, to help destination managers, with a step-by step guide, in order to adopt the system at destination level.  An opening discussion and questions time is foreseen, during the working sessions. 

To attend the conference is free, but registration is compulsory.
