At a crucial time in the negotiations regarding the proposed financial and regulatory framework for the EU Cohesion Policy 2014-2020, the Cyprus Presidency aims to facilitate and advance debate on outstanding Cohesion Policy issues amongst competent Ministers from Member States and other European countries, by organising this Informal Ministerial Meeting.

High level representatives from EU Institutions and other EU organisations are expected to participate in this debate.
