The Justice and Home Affairs Council meets once a month and brings together Member States’ Ministers of Justice and Interior.
This Council deals with the development and implementation of cooperation and common policies in the field of Justice and Home Affairs. This applies in particular to combating crime, judicial cooperation, police cooperation and cooperation on immigration, borders and asylum.
A presidency briefing, agenda and background note will be published on the Council website closer to the date of the meeting.
