The European Commission and Kosovo will launch on 30 May the structured dialogue on the rule of law in Brussels. The dialogue is designed to help Kosovo to address the challenges in the field of the rule of law, which is a key concern for the Western Balkans as a whole. At this stage with Kosovo, the Commission will focus on the judiciary, the fight against organised crime and corruption.
The launch will be attended by Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Štefan Füle and Commissioner for Home Affairs Cecilia Malmström for the EU and by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice Hajredin Kuçi, Minister for Internal Affairs Bajram Rexhepi and Minister for European Integration Vlora Çitaku for the Kosovo side.
