EU Commissioner for Climate action, Connie Hedegaard and Turkish Environment and Urbanisation Minister Erdoğan Bayraktar will co-host a high-level seminar on EU-Turkey climate cooperation. The event is organised by the EU-sponsored Regional Environmental Network for Accession. Minister Bayraktar and Commissioner Hedegaard will hold a joint press conference during the seminar.
Commissioner Hedegaard will also attend a dinner with the Turkish business community and hold a meeting with environmental groups.
