How can I contact Europe Direct by e-mail?
Simply fill in an online form.
Is it a free service?
Yes – as are any guides and factsheets we send you.
You only pay the price of your internet connection.
Which language can I write in?
Any official EU language (select from the drop-down menu at the top right of the screen).
You will also receive our answer in one of these languages (of your choice) – though for the quickest response, it's best to indicate an alternative language for the answer.
How quickly will I get an answer?
Usually within 3 working days (over 95% of enquiries).
Sometimes we have to send your question to the relevant in-house expert, which takes longer, though no more than 3 weeks.
