How does the web chat work?

  2. An information officer will then invite you to a web chat, during which they can help you find what you need on the EU website.

When can I do a web chat?

9.00 to 18.00 CET on weekdays.

Is it free?

Yes. You only pay the price of your internet connection.

Which language can I use?

English, French or German.

How quickly will I get an answer?

It depends how complex your enquiry is: some answers can be immediate, others may take time to research (in which case you'll be asked to send an e-mail enquiry).
