EU Calendar

DG ENTR organises within the 2011 - International Year of Chemistry initiative launched by UNESCO and IUPAC an exhibition entitled “Tomorrow starts with Chemistry” which intends to show the fundamental role of chemistry in our everyday's life, leading the visitors through an exciting all-sense tour.

The exhibition will take place in the Berlaymont’s piazza, from September 5th to 8th, 2011. The opening ceremony is scheduled for September 6th, 2011, from 17h00 to 19h00, with Vice-President Tajani, Mr. Giorgio Squinzi, President of the European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic) and Prof. Ulrich Schubert, elected President of the European Association for Chemical and Molecular Sciences (EuCheMS) for the cocktail and visit the stand.
