Notice of non-extension of the validity of reserve lists

Notice of non-extension of the validity of reserve lists

As explained in the Guide for Applicants, the reserve list and its expiry date are published in the Official Journal of the European Union and on the EPSO website. The validity of a list may be extended in some cases. Any decision to extend a list is published only on the EPSO website.

As the validity of a number of reserve lists for competitions organised by EPSO has been extended several times, the appointing authority has decided, in agreement with all the institutions, not to further extend the lists at annex pdf beyond 31 December 2011.
If a procedure to recruit you is currently under way, recruitment may take place only if the official request arrives no later than the last day of the list’s validity (i.e. 31 December 2011). Any such request must be addressed to the central service responsible for drawing up the instrument of appointment in the institution concerned and is admissible only if the other conditions of recruitment are satisfied.

If no recruitment procedure is under way and you are still interested in a career with the European institutions, we advise you to get in contact with the institutions’ recruitment services before 31 December 2011. You will find the contacts of the human resources departments in the institutions via our website.

Thank you for the interest you have shown in the European institutions. We suggest that you regularly consult EPSO's website, where notices of competitions being organised by EPSO are published.
