- Closing date for online registration : 14/11/2008
- Number of eligible applicants: 7559
- The booking period for the tests takes place from 8 December 2008 to 22 December 2008 at 12h00 (midday – Brussels time).
- The tests take place between 8 January 2009 and 31 January 2009 inclusive.
The test results will be communicated to the candidates in February 2009, via their EPSO-profiles.

The correct structure and timing of the tests is:
1. Knowledge of the European Union - 15 minutes
2. Verbal reasoning test - 30 minutes
3. Numerical reasoning test - 20 minutes
4. Competence test in the field of secretariat - 45 minutes
