19/07/2010: EU Translators, Rosie and Charles, live on Twitter!
Ever wanted to find out what it is really like to work as a translator for the EU institutions or do you have a burning question about the selection procedure for Linguists?
Between 17.30 and 18.30 on 22nd July we will be offering you the opportunity to interact live with EU translators, Rosie and Charles, in English, French and German on our "EU Careers", "EU Karrieren" and "UE Carrières" Twitter pages.
Both translate from French, Swedish and Estonian. In addition to this, Rosie also translates from Danish, German and Hungarian and Charles from Maltese, Spanish, Greek and Italian!
On 13th July we launched a competition for Translators into Danish, English, French, German and Slovenian. On 20th July we will publish a competition for Interpreters into Bulgarian, Dutch, English, Romanian and Slovenian. For more information see here: http://europa.eu/epso/apply/today/tra_en.htm
