• The EU Institutions employ their staff under different categories. EPSO is in charge of the selection of permanent officials, contract agents and temporary agents.
• When applying you need to identify the profile which you would like to register for, taking into account the general admission criteria and the proposed grades.
• If you do not already have one, you can open your EPSO account which you need to apply for any EPSO competition.
• Competitions for administrators are published in spring, linguists in summer and for assistants in winter; competitions for specialists (experts in a specific field) are also launched throughout the year. Please check the indicative planning 
of competitions and selection procedures to be published over the coming months.
• Please do not send your CV as no spontaneous applications can be accepted . Only apply online after having opened your EPSO account.
