As a Head of Administration you will be responsible for:
- human resources and safety management;
- financial management and implementation of the Delegation's budget;
- management of the logistics, purchasing and premises of the Delegation.
To apply for this position. you should have:
post-secondary education attested by a diploma in business administration, human resources management, finance or accounting, followed by at least 6 years' relevant professional experience;
- secondary education followed by at least 9 years' relevant professional experience.
You also need:
- EU citizenship;
- a thorough knowledge of an official EU language (C1); and
- a satisfactory knowledge of English or French (B2).
Location: The positions will be based in EU Delegations.
Salary: EUR 3 844,31 (AST4) (indicative monthly starting salary for a 40-hour working week).
