Working in a challenging international environment in Brussels or Luxembourg, you will have a vital role in everything we do.


We are looking for highly talented, motivated assistants in the field of office management. You will be required to carry out a range of executive, implementation, support and logistical tasks related to running an office.

To apply for our entry grade (AST-SC1) you should have completed a post-secondary education attested by a diploma in the secretarial field or, a level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education, followed by at least three years’ professional experience in the secretarial field.

To apply for a more senior position (grade AST-SC2) you will need at least four years' professional experience in the secretarial field, in addition to the requirements for AST-SC1.

You must also be an EU citizen with a perfect command of English, French, German, or Croatian.  You’ll also need a good command of another, second language (English, French or German) different from your first language.

Positions will be in Brussels or Luxembourg and the starting salaries based on a 40-hour working week are EUR 2.345 per month (AST-SC1) or EUR 2.645 per month (AST-SC2).
