Join OHIM as an Intellectual Property specialist and help strengthen Europe's trademark and design network.

The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) is the official trademarks and designs office of the European Union. Based in Alicante in Spain, with around 800 staff OHIM works with national Intellectual Property offices in the EU member states, others international offices, and the European Commission, on a wide range of issues affecting the owners and users of intellectual property rights.

OHIM is looking for specialists, administrators and support staff, with at least three years professional experience working in the field of intellectual property. Administrators should have a university degree and at least three years of professional experience. Support staff (assistants) need a post-secondary education with at least three years of professional experience or a secondary education with at least 6 years professional experience in total.

You should have a thorough knowledge of one of the official languages of the European Union (your main language) in addition to a satisfactory knowledge of one of OHIM's five official working languages (English, French, German, Italian or Spanish).
