EPSO's achievements in 2012 : summarises EPSO's achievements over the past year as well as looking forward to the challenges ahead.

EPSO Development Programme (EDP): an ambitious programme of modernisation of staff selection processes for the EU Institutions managed by the European Personnel Selection Office.

- The Roadmap for Implementation (September 2008) set out the measures agreed under the EDP in order to achieve this ambitious programme of change.

- The Implementation Report (November 2010) outlined the progress made in implementing the EDP.

- The EDP Final Report (2012) explains how the EDP has led to tangible outcomes and major improvements in staff selection.
