Information sessions (approximately 1 hour) for groups of at least 15 people

Visit information – groups

The Committee of the Regions (CoR) organises information visits for members of the public who want to find out more about how the CoR operates and about the role of the regions in shaping European Union legislation.

The presentation, given by a CoR official, generally lasts for one hour and includes a general introduction to the Committee.

Requests should be sent to the Visitors' Service two months in advance and must include the following information:

  • Number of participants
  • Nature of the group
  • Languages spoken
  • Age of participants
  • Contact details for the group leader (name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail).

Please note that:

  • a group should have at least 15 participants
  • participants should be at least 14 years old

How to apply for a visit

Complete and send the application form to the Visitors’ Service by post or by e-mail.

How to get there

By metro: The closest stations on metro lines 1 and 5 are Schuman and Maelbeek/Maalbeek

By bus: STIB/MIVB: lines 12 (airport line), 27 and 21

By train: The closest train stations are Schuman and Luxembourg
