European Economic and Social Committee - 5 Ideas for a Younger Europe

Join the first vice-president of the European Parliament, Mr Gianni Pittella, and the vice-president of the European Economic and Social Committee, Ms Anna Maria Darmanin, for the final event of their joint initiative 5 Ideas for a Younger Europe.

Since fall 2011 the two vice-presidents have been visiting several universities across Europe to meet young people and to listen to their ideas for a younger and better Europe.

The top 5 ideas will be presented and discussed on Monday 18th March 2013 at 2.30 p.m. (registration starts at 2 p.m.) at the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), Rue Belliard 99, 1040 Brussels, Room JDE 62.

You are welcome to give your comments and discuss the 5 ideas already before the event on Debating Europe website. The online debate on Debating Europe will start on Monday 11th March.
