The second level is interregional and it refers to a project of volunteering in partnership with the Province of La Spezia, named “Anche tu per esempio- Spezia”.
The third level is instead European and it involves the celebration of those volunteers who participated and were trained within the framework of the European project “Euforex- Europeans for example” being thus qualified to receive “The Volupass” (Passport for Volunteers), that will be delivered to them in this special day.
The program consists of: an general opening with institutional personalities involved in the projects and testimonials, the volunteers’ award ceremony and a final concert.
This is how the Municipality would like to celebrate citizens, recognize their value for the development of the local and European community, in perfect timing with the European Year of Citizens.
